Caryl is a licensed RMT and a graduate of Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy. She brings a compassionate, intuitive approach to therapeutic bodywork, with a special interest in myofascial release, mobility support, and restoring ease where stress, pain, or injury have taken root.

 

With a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal, Caryl’s work is centred on reducing tension, improving function, and supporting recovery from sport and active living. Her calm, restorative sessions help you reconnect with your body and reclaim strength and softness, in equal measure.
